G4's E3 ALL ACCESS SWEEPSTAKES ("Sweepstakes")

Eligibility: Sweepstakes open to only original email recipients ("addressed recipients") of "G4's E3 All Access" Sweepstakes Mailing (each, an "Eligible Participant"). Employees of G4 Media, LLC (the "Sponsor"), Comcast Corporation and/or NBCUniversal, their advertising and promotion agencies, and any other entities participating in the design, promotion, marketing, administration or fulfillment of this Sweepstakes, as well as each of their parent corporations, subsidiaries and affiliated companies (collectively, "Sweepstakes Entities"), and their immediate families (defined as spouse, mother, father, sisters, brothers, sons, daughters, uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, grandparents and in-laws, regardless of where they live) and members of their households (whether or not related), are ineligible to participate in this Sweepstakes.
How to Enter: Addressed recipients of "G4's E3 All Access" Sweepstakes Mailing (the "G4's E3 All Access email"), will need to click-through to www.g4e3allaccess.com from the e-mail ("Website"), (an "Entry").
All Entries must be received between 12:00:01 A.M. (Eastern time) on June 14, 2011 and 11:59:59 P.M. (Eastern time) on June 21, 2011 ("Sweepstakes Period"). Entries delayed past the expiration of the Sweepstakes Period will not be accepted and will be destroyed. One Entry per email. Total ARV of all prizes is $2,999.95. There will be a total of one hundred and five (105) random, pre-determined computer-generated winning times seeded during the Game Period. If your Entry is the first one received on or just after one of those predetermined times, you will win a designated prize and will be notified immediately on screen. Odds of winning are approximately 3 in 100 (0.03). Internet access is required to enter. By participating, Eligible Participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor.
Prizes: Five (5) Grand Prizes: Nintendo 3DS (ARV: $249.99), Ten (10) Second Prizes: $100 Best Buy Cash Gift e-Card (ARV: $100), Ninety Third Prizes: $5 Starbucks Cash Gift Card (ARV: $5). Total maximum ARV of all Sweepstakes Prizes: $2,999. Names of manufacturers are used for purposes of prize description only and such use is not intended to suggest or imply the manufacturer's sponsorship, endorsement, or the approval of Nintendo, Best Buy or Starbucks for this Sweepstakes. Nintendo, Best Buy and Starbucks are not participants or sponsors of this Sweepstakes.
Conditions: Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a similar prize (or prize element) of comparable or greater value. All taxes and other expenses, costs, or fees associated with the acceptance and/or use of any prize are the sole responsibility of winner(s). Prize cannot be transferred by winner(s) or redeemed for cash and is valid only for the items detailed above, with no substitution of prize by winner(s). If prize is unclaimed within a reasonable time after notification from Sponsors, as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion, it will be forfeited, and time permitting, an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible Entries at Sponsors' sole discretion. The gift cards awarded pursuant to this Sweepstakes shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable cards, and the laws and regulations of the winner's jurisdiction of residence. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for delivery of prize.
Sponsor reserves the right to permanently disqualify any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules. Any attempt to deliberately damage this Sweepstakes or the operation thereof is unlawful and subject to legal action by Sponsor, who may seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. The failure of Sponsor to comply with any provision of these Official Rules due to an act of God, hurricane, war, fire, riot, earthquake, terrorism, act of public enemies, actions of governmental authorities outside of the control of Sponsor (excepting compliance with applicable codes and regulations), or other "force majeure" event will not be considered a breach of these Official Rules. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any injury or damage to any participant's or to any other person's computer relating to or resulting from entering or downloading materials or software in connection with the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for telecommunications, network, electronic, technical, or computer failures of any kind; for inaccurate transcription of Entry information; for printing or other errors in any promotional or marketing materials (including, without limitation, the Fall Mailer) or in these Official Rules; for any human or electronic error; or for Entries that are misdirected, garbled, delayed, lost, late, damaged, or returned. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes or any element thereof (including, without limitation, these Official Rules) without notice in any manner and for any reason (including, without limitation, in the event of any unanticipated occurrence that is not fully addressed in these Official Rules). In the event of cancellation, modification, or suspension, Sponsor reserves the right to select winners in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect Entries received prior to the time of the event warranting such cancellation, modification, or suspension. Notice of such cancellation, modification, or suspension will be posted on the Website. Sponsor may prohibit any Eligible Participant or potential participant from participating in the Sweepstakes, if such Eligible Participant or potential participant shows a disregard for these Official Rules; acts with an intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other participant, Sponsors, or Sponsors' agents or representatives; or behaves in any other disruptive manner (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion).
For a copy of the winner's list or Official Rules, send the request and a self addressed stamped envelope postmarked prior to July 15, 2011 to G4's E3 All Access Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 2783, Atlanta, GA 30301. A winner's name will be available after the winner has been verified and prize has been awarded.
